Gamestop PS4 Controller warranty question

So, I take a i-year warranty on my ps4 controller bought it like 2 months ago, and I play a lot of telephone call of duty so my right stick is bugged to where I cant dart in most games. I'm jw if this is covered, can I become in. Give them my controller. They send it back to industry only give me a new ane.

If by one year warranty you hateful yous bought gamestops warranty they'll swap it out for y'all in store. If y'all mean the manufacturers warranty that just comes with the controller y'all must deal with Sony direct.

Thank you for responding so apace, Too I did purchase the one twelvemonth warranty from GameStop. I accept the picayune sticker that says "Hardware PRP" and I have the receipt. Exercise I past any take chances demand the casing? Or Practice I just demand to walk in, say "I got a defective controller with one of the buttons, I got a i-twelvemonth warranty, please trade for a new one"?

What if I don't take the sticker or receipt? I'm really skilful about keeping game prps, specially considering I've never needed one and simply do information technology to help employees lol, just I can't for the life of me notice the stuff for this controller. When I bought it the guy said it'd exist linked to my aristocracy account, but tbh I'grand nervous to go in and not know what I'm talking virtually. Don't want to seem similar I'm scamming :(
